Thank you for visiting and shopping at tokelt.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Lithuania.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email (voidstrik@tokelt.com) or telephone (+370 67346180).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the destination:
- Domestic (Lithuania): 2-5 business days.
- European Union (EU): 5-10 business days.
- International (Outside EU): 10-20 business days (subject to customs clearance).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal peaks.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or via the link provided in the email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TOKĖ LT, UAB is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- For orders within the European Union, VAT is typically included or handled at checkout.
- For International orders, please consult your local customs office for potential costs before purchasing.
5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- We generally do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
TOKĖ LT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- We recommend taking photos of the damaged package upon arrival to assist in the claim process.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs. If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
